2. Що ми робимо
ClouTech створює для бізнесу AI-агентів і автоматизацію: голосових і текстових агентів, інтеграції з CRM, нестандартні рішення під процес клієнта й автоматизацію рутинних задач. Ми працюємо з компаніями й підприємцями.
3. Сайт — не оферта
Сайт розповідає про наші послуги й не є публічною офертою. Послуги ми надаємо лише за письмовим договором із клієнтом. У договорі фіксуємо обсяг робіт, ціну, терміни й порядок оплати; ціну й терміни називаємо до старту. Якщо договір і ці умови в чомусь розходяться, діє договір.
4. Оплата
Оплата — безготівкова, за рахунками ClouTech LLC відповідно до договору. На сайті платежі не приймаються.
5. Розрахунки й цифри на сайті
Годинник втрат на головній рахує приблизну суму за цифрами, які ви задаєте самі. Це оцінка, а не прогноз доходу й не гарантія результату. Цифри в кейсах описують конкретні проєкти: результат іншого проєкту залежить від процесів і даних конкретного бізнесу. Зобов’язання щодо результату можуть бути лише в договорі.
6. Інтелектуальна власність
Тексти, дизайн, 3D-сцени, зображення, відео й код сайту належать ClouTech LLC або використовуються за ліцензіями їхніх авторів. Копіювати їх для комерційного використання без нашої письмової згоди не можна. Назви інших компаній і продуктів належать їхнім власникам. Права на результати робіт для клієнта визначає договір.
7. Посилання
Сайт містить посилання на інші ресурси, зокрема на Telegram і сайти наших проєктів. За вміст і правила сторонніх ресурсів відповідають їхні власники.
8. Правила користування
Не намагайтеся порушити роботу сайту, обійти його захист, перевантажити його запитами або використати для незаконних цілей.
9. Відповідальність
Ми стежимо, щоб інформація на сайті була точною й актуальною, але сайт надається «як є»: послуги, ціни й умови можуть змінюватися. У межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки від користування сайтом. Відповідальність за послуги визначає договір із клієнтом.
10. Право
Ці умови регулюються законодавством штату Вайомінг, США. Це не обмежує захисту, який вам надає обов’язкове законодавство вашої країни. Спори щодо послуг вирішуються в порядку, визначеному договором.
11. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови. Нова редакція з’являється на цій сторінці з новою датою.
Умови викладено українською та англійською. Якщо версії розходяться, переважає англійська.

2. What we do
ClouTech builds AI agents and automation for businesses: voice and text agents, CRM integrations, custom solutions built around the client’s processes, and automation of routine tasks. We work with companies and entrepreneurs.
3. The website is not an offer
The website describes our services and is not a public offer. We provide services only under a written agreement with the client. The agreement sets the scope of work, price, timeline and payment terms; we name the price and timeline before work starts. If the agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails.
4. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer against ClouTech LLC invoices under the agreement. The website does not accept payments.
5. Estimates and figures on the website
The cost clock on the home page gives a rough figure based on numbers you enter yourself. It is an estimate, not a revenue forecast or a guarantee of results. Figures in our case studies describe specific projects: the outcome of another project depends on that business’s processes and data. Commitments about results can only be made in an agreement.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, design, 3D scenes, images, videos and code of the website belong to ClouTech LLC or are used under their authors’ licenses. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent. Names of other companies and products belong to their owners. Rights to work delivered to a client are set by the agreement.
7. Links
The website links to other resources, including Telegram and the websites of our projects. Their owners are responsible for the content and rules of third-party resources.
8. Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt the website, bypass its protection, overload it with requests or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Liability
We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but the website is provided “as is”: services, prices and terms may change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Liability for services is set by the agreement with the client.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. This does not limit the protection you have under the mandatory laws of your country. Disputes about services are resolved as set out in the agreement.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version appears on this page with a new date.
These terms are published in Ukrainian and English. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
